The traditional way of getting people to invest in your product/services would be to look them up, “probe” and ask them if we can book a demo or showcase what we can do. This is a great way to get to the point, but it has been not been effective in today’s market because everyone is online and wanting to be more “social”. Social selling the ne new approach that allows you to not only build up a long term pipeline so that if they can’t or won’t buy now, they learn to know, like and trust you to eventually buy later. It does take longer, but the effectivity is better for long term (especially if you are consistent).
LinkedIn is where “business-minded” people are.
We used to generate leads through Google as stated in your version of effective outreach, and it is undeniable that you can get more properties and scrape data that way. However, looking for the “decision-maker” and getting in touch with them directly is harder. You have your gatekeepers (assistants, receptionists, etc.) that could block you from even getting through. You could email them directly to see if they’ll be interested, but you are likely to go into their spam. LinkedIn allows you to reach C-suite executives, owners, and co-owners directly and socialize before selling.
Not being bias, but even if you went to look for someone else who did what we did, the answer is YES! Why?
• Updating your LinkedIn account is easy. We’re happy to do it for you or collaborate with you on how you want it to look/feel more professional. This may have an additional fee depending on your needs (like graphic design for your banner, copy for your headline & about section). But if you have all of that and just need us to get it on there for you, make sure everything reads well, etc.…consider it done!
• This is the perfect time to create relationships since we’re not selling immediately. While you’re perfecting your craft, we can get something in the pipeline and target who to introduce the website/services to when you are ready. (Selling now is like dating…you have to ‘woo’ your client first before you start bragging about what you have or what you will do for them.)
• You will most likely not have to do anything with the generated leads as we’re ‘wooing’ them for you, but if they have questions that we can’t answer or request for a call, then that’s when you’ll have to step in.
This is a long form text area designed for your content that you can fill up with as many words as your heart desires. You can write articles, long mission statements, company policies, executive profiles, company awards/distinctions, office locations, shareholder reports, whitepapers, media mentions and other pieces of content that don’t fit into a shorter, more succinct space.
If we see a better way to do it, we talk it out and agree on the process. I also give you this process so if you feel you’d rather go with a different team or want to do it on your own, you can.
This can be added. It’s more time consuming, but we do see the benefits of joining Google search and LinkedIn together. We don’t have anyone on our team that does the cold calling. but we'll be happy to set up email marketing for you.
We do marketing campaigns as well, but we didn’t want to overwhelm you with our services. We can put another proposal together for email marketing, newsletter creation, etc. if and when you’re ready to add on that service.
Engaging on target’s posts means if they have a post up, we will provide a reaction and comment intelligently so we’re giving value to their post.
Value posting is an added service where we do create content for you. It could be a quick blog. It could be a post around an article. It could be a value post that encourages engagement with your network. We get the content from research, from your website, from discussions with you, and anything you could provide to us as “inspo” about your product, services or company.
As mentioned above, this is a collaboration so a lot of this will come from you. You will essentially be teaching us about your product or brand, etc. If you don’t have a document around this, it would be worth creating one before we start. But we also review your website (which has already been done so we have an understanding of what your and your product are about). Tone of voice is going to be a work in progress. We will create scripts around the messaging, send to you for review, edit and approval.
